Shipping policy

SECTION 1 – Order Processing Times

All shipments are processed the day after your order.

Please note that during high-volume periods (sales, Black Friday, Christmas, etc.) processing times may take longer than usual.

Parcels are generally delivered 4 to 8 days after the order. These lead times allow us to offer free shipping to most of our customers.

 

SECTION 2 – Shipping Methods and Costs

 

Shipping to mainland France:

• Free on orders of €30 or more

• €4.90 for any order strictly below €30

• €7.90 with the “Loss / Theft / Damage Protection” option

 

Shipping to Continental Europe (EU + Switzerland) + USA:

• Free on orders of €30 or more

• €5.90 for any order strictly below €30

• €8.90 with the “Loss / Theft / Damage Protection” option

List of the 27 countries / principalities concerned: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Vatican City State, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Czechia + United States of America (USA)

 

International Shipping:

• For all other countries, except France and the 28 countries listed above

• €19.90 for standard delivery

• €29.90 with the “Loss / Theft / Damage Protection” option

• Free shipping for any order of €150 or more

 

SECTION 3 – Delivery Times

Our delivery times may vary depending on the order.

We operate several warehouses around the world in order to minimise costs and keep the possibility of offering free shipping.

As a result, you may receive several parcels for the same order, depending on our stock.

This also allows us to deliver to you faster in some cases.

 

SECTION 4 – Order Tracking

You will find the tracking information for your parcel(s) in your order confirmation and in your customer account. Tracking numbers are added as soon as the shipment is made.

 

SECTION 5 – Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us.

 

SECTION 6 – Lost Parcels

If you chose the secured shipping option and your parcel is lost during transport, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include a replacement or a refund.

 

SECTION 7 – Customs Duties and Import Taxes

For international shipments, additional costs may apply due to customs duties and import taxes. These are usually paid by the customer.

Please note that customers may be required to pay any customs or import taxes that may apply to international orders.
